Kippford Bay Caravan Park is a small family run park which is set within spectacular rural surroundings on the glorious West Coast of Scotland in Dumfries and Galloway. Our parks are designed for the retired and semi-retired offering a relaxing countryside setting but with many things to do in the local area. Whether you’re a budding golfer, a keen angler or you just like to enjoy a relaxing walk. With yearly site fees of just £3,400, Kippford Bay Caravan Park could be the perfect getaway for you!
Kippford village is a pretty village on the Solway Coast situated on the shore of the estuary of the River Urr. It is a charming waterside location and from Kippford you can take a stroll on the Jubilee footpath to the pretty village of Rockcliffe. We are a short distance from Dalbeattie and Castle Douglas with plenty of picturesque villages to explore nearby. We are perfectly located for sightseeing the coast and the area is rich with historic castles and gardens. With lots of leisure activities from sailing and fishing through to golf and horse riding, you’ll find something for all tastes close by.

Kippford Bay operates a 48 week season, the park is closed during February meaning you can only use your holiday home in the weeks that the park is open.
There are several ownership fees that need budgeting for including: pitch fees, service charge rates and insurance. Electricity and gas are charged on a pay as you go basis. Gas is most commonly bottled, however select parks and plots have a piped connection for additional convenience. Electricity is a metered supply payable twice per year.
Kippford Bay annual site fees are currently £3,400.
